David Iwane holds a BA degree from the University of Southern California, an MBA degree from University of South Florida, and Ph.D. from Capella University. Dr. Iwane currently serves as the National Vice President of Human Resources at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and holds the rank of Associate Professor. Dr. Iwane is also an adjunct at several universities including the University of Riverside where he enjoys teaching and working at, and especially working with his former dissertation chair and mentor President Raj Singh. Dr. Iwane is an active member in SHRM, CUPA, SIOP, and has been serving as a Baldrige National Examiner through his appointed from the U.S. Department of Commerce (NIST) since 2011.
