Dr. Aylor has a Doctorate of Business Administration from Argosy University, Ontario, CA. Dr. Aylor’ primary focus was leadership and organizational development specifically within the nonprofit sector. He comes with  extensive experience in the private sector having spent over 20 years in various executive positions in the manufacturing sector that culminated as President of a multi-site, emerging, international manufacturing firm followed by a 12-year career as the Executive Pastor of a large church in the Inland Empire area of Southern California. Currently, Dr. Aylor provides consulting services to nonprofit institutions and small businesses in the areas of organizational development, leadership development and strategic planning. He teaches undergraduate and graduate classes for the University of Riverside, University of Northwestern Ohio, Colorado Technical University and Southern New Hampshire University.
